My name is Andrew Greg Mitchell Clemence Kirchner, but you can call me Andy—most people do.

As a Facilitator, Coach, and Creator, I guide individuals and organizations toward meaningful growth by integrating Emotional Intelligence and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as my compass. My mission is to help you navigate sustainability while fostering personal and professional development.

I was born in Curaçao (a beautiful island in the Caribbean) and partially raised in the Netherlands. Growing up with diverse cultures and languages, I’ve developed a unique ability to understand, adapt, and bridge different cultural and organizational dynamics. I speak and think fluently in three languages, which helps me connect with people from various backgrounds and drive impactful change. #SDG16 #SDG17

In 2026, my life took a drastic turn when a scuba diving accident left me with long-term physical challenges. It was a defining moment that reshaped how I live and work. From adapting to life in a wheelchair to designing a state-of-the-art ergonomic office, I’ve used these experiences to grow, learn, and inspire. #SDG8 #SDG10 #SDG11 #SDG12

This journey taught me resilience, innovation, and the value of emotional well-being in personal and professional settings. Today, I combine these insights with my expertise in Human Development to provide coaching tailored to individual needs—whether one-on-one or in small group settings. I believe emotional intelligence is the foundation of growth, both for individuals and organizations. #SDG3
